Where are you located?
The Cookie Creative is a cottage food operation* run by artist, Cori Robinson located in Minneapolis, MN in the A-Mill Artists Lofts.
At this time, all studio visits and pickups are by appointment only. Delivery is available for large-scale
orders in the Twin Cities area and delivery rates are based on the destination.
Do you ship your cookies?
Currently we are not able to ship our cookies but be sure to check back! As our business grows, we may
be able to offer shipping in the future.
How can I place an order?
Simply head on over to our ordering page to fill out a custom order questionnaire. Cori will get back to
you within 24-72 hours to finalize the details of your order.
How far in advance do I need to place my order?
We recommend that you place your order at least 2 weeks in advance (although more time is always preferred); but feel free to inquire about last-minute orders too--we'll try our best to fit you in!
How do I pay for my order?
Once your order details are finalized, we'll email you an invoice via Square. This allows you to safely
and conveniently pay for your order online. Payment is required in full to both confirm your order
and reserve your pick up date. We accept all major credit cards.
What's your cancellation policy?
All sales are final, but if you find out in advance that your event has been canceled or that the date
has been moved, let us know and we'll do our best to either reschedule or repurpose your order.
Do you always use plant-based dyes?
All natural plant-based food dyes are our new default food dyes used effective January 18th, 2018. If you would like a color that is unobtainable using natural plant-based dyes, we'll let you know and do our best to find an alternative. We do provide the option for other types of food-dyes but will only use these if you've given the okay,
Do you offer individual packaging?
Individual packaging is available upon request. We use eco-friendly compostable bags and charge a small bagging fee.
*All food is homemade and not subject to state inspection.
